The Apse of Sagrada Familia has been constructed just after the completion of the temples crypt. Gaudi wanted to dedicate the Apse to the Virgin but it was dedicated to the Saint Joshep according to the wishes of the main sponsor of the project - Boccabella. It was designed in Gothic style but even in the rigorous Gothic the Gaudi's hand is appearing.
